Who we are

I’m Phil Martins, the person behind Eighty-Two Revival. I build homes and bring new life to the ones that need a fresh start.

Construction has been part of my world for as long as I can remember. My father was a tradesman and home builder, so I grew up around tools, sawdust, and the kind of lessons you only learn on a job site and by experience.

Whether it’s an infill build or a renovation, I believe in honest, good work. No shortcuts. No fluff. Just solid craftsmanship and a deep respect for the process.
